Higsa is currently in pre-launch. These terms cover use of this website and the waitlist. A fuller terms of service — covering accounts, subscriptions, and AI features — will replace this once the product launches.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or joining the Higsa waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What Higsa is, at this stage

Higsa is a product in development. This website exists to explain the vision and collect early access signups. No paid product or live workspace is currently offered. Features described on this site — project management, AI assistance, documentation, GitHub integration — represent our roadmap and may change before or after launch.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the beta, a specific launch date, or any particular feature set. We'll email you if you're invited to try Higsa early.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use this site for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to access, scrape, or disrupt the site or waitlist system beyond normal use.
Submit false or misleading information when signing up.

5. Intellectual property

The Higsa name, logo, and the content of this website belong to Higsa and its founder, Abdimalik Dek Gadhaye. You're welcome to share links to this site. Please don't reproduce the logo, brand name, or site content to represent your own product or service without permission.

6. No warranty

This site and the information on it are provided "as is." Higsa is an early-stage project — plans, timelines, and features may change as we build and learn. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose at this stage.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Higsa and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in the waitlist.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Higsa is formally incorporated. This will be specified here once incorporation is complete.
